ELVORA — REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for eligible ELVORA orders.
1. When a Refund May Be Issued
A refund may be considered where:
- An eligible returned product has been approved for refund
- ELVORA is unable to fulfil a confirmed order
- A product is unavailable after an order has been accepted
- A payment has been successfully received but the order cannot be fulfilled
- A refund is otherwise approved by ELVORA under the applicable return or order policy
2. Refund Approval
A refund is not automatically issued simply because a return request has been submitted.
Returned products may first be inspected to confirm that they meet the applicable return conditions.
Once approved, ELVORA will initiate the applicable refund process.
3. Refund Method
Where possible, refunds for prepaid orders will be made through the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, ELVORA may request the customer’s bank or other suitable payment details to process an approved refund.
Customers should provide accurate payment information when requested.
4. Refund Processing Time
After approval, the time required for a refund to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution involved.
ELVORA will process an approved refund within its applicable processing period, but cannot control delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
5. Shipping Charges
Unless the issue is attributable to an ELVORA fulfilment error or another circumstance where ELVORA agrees otherwise, original shipping charges may not be refundable.
Return shipping charges may also be deducted from or excluded from a refund where applicable.
6. Partial Refunds
Where only part of an order is eligible for refund, ELVORA may issue a refund for the approved item(s) rather than the complete order.
7. Promotional Orders
Refunds involving promotional offers, discounts, bundles, free gifts, or other special offers may be subject to the conditions applicable to that promotion.
