Selected products are photographed/described and listed on the Elvora website.
4. Customer purchase
Customers browse products without being required to create an account, add products to cart and proceed directly to checkout.
5. Payment
Customers can choose the available payment method. For online payments, Rapid Gateway will process the applicable electronic payment transaction.
6. Order processing
After receiving an order, Elvora verifies the order and confirms product availability.
7. Fulfilment
The product is picked, quality checked, packaged and handed to the courier.
8. Delivery
The customer receives the order through the applicable delivery service and tracking information where available.
9. Returns/refunds
